These modes help you optimize video performance based on how

Maximum Performance (Default)
Includes all resolutions and frame rates for the best possible video
and ultra slo-mo footage.
Extended Battery
Maximizes your camera's recording time by using only the most
battery-efficient resolutions, frame rates, and features.
Compatibility
Records lower resolution video at lower frame rates for maximum
compatibility with older devices.
