    ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Application Object 4. Adjusting the Optical Engine These instructions apply to the DLP Projection TV (Chassis: MD-61A). 2. Notes (1) Because this is not a hot chassis,it is not necessary to use an isolation transformer. However, the use of an insolation transformer will help protect test equipment.
  • Page 12 (3) Do not use pressure when cleaning the DMD. The static electricity and pollution can damage the DMD. 6. MICOM Download (1) Execute LG Term program that is a communication program for Serial COM Port Terminal.(exution file : <Fig. 6> HD5 Optical Engine Projection Lens LGTERM.EXE)
  • Page 13 (2) Verify settings for LG Term program.Check setting of LG (6) If you want to download MICOM program after select 0x1 Term program. in MICOM Download Menu, press 1 key, and if you want to Sellect the ‘Setup’ on upper Menu. -> Sellect the ‘Serial get out of the Menu, press any key.
