Reassembling the mower
1. Discard the existing sealing strip and replace it with the included sealing strip (H).
2. Reassemble the mower in the opposite sequence.

CAUTION: Always connect the HMI cable before the power cable to avoid current spikes
that may harm the circuit boards or the battery.
Note: Attach a new warranty seal. The warranty seal must be included and unbroken for the
warranty to be valid.
Note: Make sure the that the grommets are correctly installed to seal against moisture.
Installing the roof bumpers
Install the roof bumpers around the STOP button on the mower. The roof bumpers prevent the
door from accidentally striking and engaging the STOP button as the mower passes through the
opening.
Refer to the following diagram for suggested roof bumper locations.
ROOF BUMPER LOCATIONS
1. Clean any dirt and debris from the application
surface.
2. Peel the paper from the roof bumper adhesive strips
(B, C, E, F) and apply the strips at the planned
roof bumper locations. Use 1 large strip and 2
small strips for the center roof bumper (A). Use 1
large strip and 1 small strip for each of the outside
bumpers (D).
» Position the center bumper first.
» The center bumper is centered on the lid, as close
to the STOP button as possible.
» When positioned, the center bumper should
remain fully on the lid and not overhang the edges
of the lid.
» The outside bumpers should be positioned close
to the STOP button, and fully outside the lid. The
lid should open without contacting the outside
bumpers.
» The front section of the outside bumpers should
extend slightly beyond the center bumper, as
indicated by the dashed line. The rear section of
the outside bumpers should bend to follow the
contour of the mower body.
3. Apply the roof bumpers onto the roof bumper
adhesive strips. Press firmly into place.
