Checking using [Device Manager]
Windows 98 / Windows Me
From the Start menu, select [Settings], then [Control Panel].
Select [System], then click on the [Device Manager] tab to bring up the window be-
low which shows all devices connected.
Double click "CD-ROM" and "Disk drives" and verify whether items

If they fail to appear, refer to "Troubleshooting" on page 130.
Windows 2000
