THAN ACTUAL DAMAGES AND IN NO EVENT FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PRICE PAID
FOR THE ASKO PRODUCT AS TO WHICH A CLAIM IS MADE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or other damages, so these limitations and
exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also may
have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
