Motion picture recording stops in the middle.
• Depending on the type of the card, recording may stop in the middle.
p Use a card with SD Speed Class with "Class 6" or higher when recording motion
pictures.
p In the event it stops even after using a "Class 6" card or higher, or if you are using a
card that has been formatted with a PC or other equipment, the data writing speed
has deteriorated. It is recommended to make a backup copy of the data and then
format the card with this unit (P45).
AF Tracking does not function.
• If the color of the subject is similar to the background color, the AF Tracking will be
difficult to function. Touch the characteristic color part of the subject.
The LCD monitor sometimes lights off even though the power is on.
• After recording, the monitor lights off until the next picture can be recorded. (Max.
approx. 6 seconds when using the built-in memory)
The LCD monitor becomes darker or brighter for a moment.
• This phenomenon appears when you press the shutter button halfway to set the
aperture value and does not affect the recorded pictures.
• This phenomenon also appears when the brightness changes when the camera is
zoomed or when the camera is moved. This is because of operation of the automatic
aperture of the camera, and it is not a malfunction.
The LCD monitor flickers indoors.
• The LCD monitor may flicker for a few seconds after turning the camera on indoors
under fluorescent light. This is not a malfunction.
