2-4-3. Using the web browser

You can surf the Internet on the TV in the same manner as you would using a PC - even while watching a TV programme
using PIP. Select Help to view the information of the Internet web browser.
NOTE
• For a more convenient web browsing experience, connect a keyboard and mouse to the TV.
• You can scroll the Web browser page with the 4 directional buttons.
• The Web browser page may differ from that on a PC.
Browsing preferences

Select - Settings. Configure the browsing settings to meet you needs.
• General
Hides taps or menu bars automatically after a period of inactivity, or resets all user settings.
The bookmarks and browsing histories that you made will not be reset.

• Home Page
Sets the homepage when you launch the web browser.
Search Engine

Searches for information that you entered and display the result web pages.
• Privacy & Security
Prevents you from accessing inappropriate web pages or sets not to save the browsing history.
• Blocked pages
Blocks or unblocks pages. You can manage a list of pages to block.
• Approved pages
Limits to use only the page that you have approved. To use this option, set a password. You can add or remove the
approved pages.
• Encoding
Set the encoding to Auto, or selects an encoding method from the list.
• About
Displays the current version of Web Browser.
