WARNING: Frozen food should always be thawed completely before placing
in oil. Pat food dry before placing in hot oil.

Place food in strainer basket and slowly lower food into cooking vessel.
Cook food to desired doneness.

When food is done, turn heat source off and carefully lift strainer basket
up to allow liquid to drain back into pot (use hang tab for pan and basket).
Carefully remove food. Allow liquid to cool to 115 °F (45 °C) or less before
moving cooking vessel.
WARNING: When using 10 quart pan & basket, always hang basket
directly over pan on the hang tab. This allows hot liquid to
drain back into the pan. Hanging the basket in any other way
could cause the pan to tip over, spilling hot liquid. 10 quart
pan & basket and stock pot with strainer basket are NOT to
be used for frying turkeys.
WARNING: Use extreme care when lifting basket out of pot or off hang tab.
Always steady the pot by gripping the pot handle with one hand
while SLOWLY lifting basket up with the other to ensure pot
and basket are not stuck together. Failure to do so could create
a situation where you pull the pot off the burner spilling the hot
contents onto yourself or someone else.
WARNING: Always remove the strainer basket SLOWLY from pot to allow
hot liquid to drain. Lifting strainer basket out of pot too quickly
will cause hot liquid to splash out of basket and could result in
severe burns for anyone near the pot. Be sure to lift straight up
and attain proper clearance above the rim to prevent overturning
the pot with hot liquid.

Line up handle with bolt holes on basket and insert four bolts and nuts
as illustrated then tighten securely.
