turn starts the application.

4.3.12 Change Baud Rate

Description
The command can be used to change the baud rate of the UART interface. The new baud rate will take effect
after sending out the BSL acknowledgment for this packet.
The default baud rate of the BSL UART is 9600 bps.
After updating the baud rate, if a wrong BSL password is sent with the Unlock Bootloader command,
the baud rate settings will be reverted to default value. Further communication should happen in the
default baud rate.
