Adjusting the Drilling Depth
The desired drilling depth X can be specified
with the depth stop (Fig. 7).
1. Insert the SDS drilling bit into the ham-
mer attachment, see "Inserting and Re-
moving SDS Bits" on page 10.
2. Press the depth stop locking tab (4), lo-
cated on the outside of the depth stop
holder, to allow movement of the depth
stop (5) in the holder.
3. While pressing the locking tab, move the
depth holder until the tip of the depth
stop is placed behind the tip of the bit,
and the distance between the two tips is
equal to the desired drilling depth "X".
