Direct dialling

If a phone number is shown in the display, you
can tap the number to dial it directly.

Phonebook

After establishing a Bluetooth -connection to the
®
mobile device, the PCRN will attempt to down-
load the phonebook and call-protocol data from
the mobile device. Data transfer must usually be
released via the mobile device and a correspond-
ing message must be confi rmed or declined. For
further details about the general procedure please
refer to the manufacturer's operating instructions.
Transferring phonebook and call protocol
Some mobile devices may not support the
automatic transfer of phonebook and call
protocol. To transfer the data manually, proceed
as follows:
1. Press the PHONE key.
2. Select tab OPTION.
3. Select menu option Phonebook synchronis-
ing.
4. Permit the PCRN to access your phonebook
via the mobile device. For further details
about the general procedure please refer to
the manufacturer's operating instructions.
5. The transfer process is shown in the PCRN's
display.
Opening the phonebook
1. Press the PHONE key.
2. Select menu option Phonebook. The phone-
book is opened.
Calling a phonebook entry
1. Press the PHONE key.
2. Select menu option Phonebook.
The phonebook is opened.
3. Select a phonebook entry.
4. If the entry contains more than one phone
number, select the required one.
5. Tap the entry of the phone number selected
to make the call. The number selected is
dialled.
Searching for a phonebook entry
1. Press the PHONE key.
2. Select menu option Phonebook. The phone-
book is opened.
3. Select tab SEARCH.
4. Enter the contact you wish to fi nd and then
tap SEARCH.
5. Select the phonebook entry of the phone
number found to make the call. The number
selected is dialled.
List of numbers last dialled
When a mobile device is bonded to the PCRN
via Bluetooth , the mobile device's call lists are
®
transferred and displayed as soon as the bonding
is completed. The number last dialled is at the top
of the list.
For Not all mobile devices support the trans-
fer of phonebook and call list.
