7.3.1.3.1 Sensor Range / Type
7.3.1.3.2 Lock
If set, the user-specified units of measure string (4 character maximum) will be used in place of
the default.
7.3.1.3.3 Apply Scaling
If set, the user-defined Offset and Gain values will be used to adjust the sensor reading:

The Assigned bit will always read as 0.
7.3.1.3.5 Available
The Available bit will always read as 0.
