    ® Slow cooking is another great feature of your NESCO Professional 3-in-1 Cooker. It will take less expensive or tough meats, such as chuck roasts or steaks and stew beef, tenderize them through a long cooking process. The slow cooker method is a good choice for cooking many venison dishes.
