FIRST RINSE CYCLE OF NEWLY
INSTALLED SYSTEM
NOTE: The filter's 3-way bypass should be in BYPASS POSITION. Valves (B) & (C)
should be in the closed position and valve (A) in the open position. [See Page 12,
Figures 7 & 8]
1. Electrical power must be on. Plug
the system into 110 volt; or, if using
the 24 volt, use the supplied 24 volt
transformer.
2. Turn the knob (A) SLOWLY CLOCKWISE
[See Figure 10] until you hear and see
the valve mechanism engage. Allow the
system to go through a complete cycle.
3. Open the IN-LINE (B) [See Page 13,
Figure 8] ¼ of the way. After 2 minutes,
open that same IN-LINE VALVE (B) half
way. After three additional minutes,
open the same IN-LINE VALVE (B) all
the way.
4. Due to the volume of rinse water
expelled, be sure the ¾" rinse line
plumbing is directed to a drain or other
large receptacle.
