3-10. Stepping Motor/DC Motor Assembly
Removal
1. Remove the cabinet. (Refer to Section 1-5.)
2. Remove the MD general assembly (DC). (Refer to Section 3-2.)
3. Remove the helical extension spring of the tension arm assembly.
4. Remove the four screws (BVTT2.6 x 5).
5. Remove the pulley of the stepping motor from the timing belt, then remove the motor block assembly.
6. Remove the two solders, then remove the SU-167 board.
7. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN001) on the SU-167 board.
8. Remove the two screws (PS3 x 4), then remove the DC motor assembly.
9. Remove the two screws (PS3 x 6), then remove the stepping motor.
