Description

On/off button	Push the button to switch on or off the device.
Play/pause button Reset button	Press the button to play or pause. Press and hold the button to reset the device to factory settings.
Next track button Volume + button	Press the button to go to the next track. Press and hold the button to increase the volume.
Previous track button Volume - button	Press the button to go to the previous track. Press and hold the button to decrease the volume.
Mode button	Press the button to set the mode: Wi-Fi/Aux/USB.
Standby button	Hold the button to set the speaker into standby mode
WPS button	Press the button to connect the device to the Wi-Fi.
USB input	Connect a USB flash drive to play music.
AUX input	Connect the cable to the AUX input of the device and to the audio or mobile device.
DC input	To charge the device, connect the micro USB cable to the DC input of the device and the USB port of the USB charger.

Note: Use an Android or iOS device with the Nedis N-Play app to control the device.

Use

Connect the device

Open the Nedis N-Play app on your mobile device.
Press "Add device" on the start page of the app.
Follow the procedure in the app for adding new devices.

Note: If the Wi-Fi connection was set up before, it will automatically connect the next time the device is switched on.

Settings

To change the device name, language and other settings: Press the gear button on the device list in the app.

Multi room mode

Press and hold the device icon in the device list page of the app and drag it towards another device to pair devices. The Wi-Fi devices binded to the main device will playback the same songs as the main device does.
It can be set to left/right channel to configure multi-channel wireless music system, a speaker can be configured to a room of your choice or a name of your choice.

Solo mode

Press and hold the device icon in the app and drag it down past the dotted line to change the device status from multi room mode to solo mode.
Press the device icon in the app and select different songs for each device.

Music playback

Using a smartphone or tablet: Slide out the tab list at the left side of the app. Select "My music". The songs and playlist in your mobile devices are shown and can be played on the device.
Using a supported streaming service: Slide out the tab list at the left side of the app. Select "Internet music platform" and select the music or playlist you are interested in.
Using USB flash disk: Plug in the USB flash disk. Press "USB Disk" shown in the app to start playing songs of the USB flash disk.
Using line-in function: Plug in the 3.5mm audio line. Press "Line-in" shown in the app to start playing songs in your mobile device.

Note: Playing content from Spotify on the device is only supported if the user has a Spotify premium account. In this case, the device is shown as compatible player device in the Spotify app on the mobile device.

Multi mobile control

If the device is connected to the Wi-Fi network, it is possible to use multiple Android or iOS devices with the Wi-Fi speaker app connected to the same Wi-Fi network to control the device.
Open the Wi-Fi speaker app to see the automatically generated list of the available devices.

Safety

General safety

Read the manual carefully before use. Keep the manual for future reference.
The manufacturer is not liable for consequential damages or for damages to property or persons caused by nonobservance of the safety instructions and improper use of the device.
Only use the device for its intended purposes. Do not use the device for other purposes than described in the manual.
Do not use the device if any part is damaged or defective. If the device is damaged or defective, replace the device immediately.
The device is suitable for indoor use only. Do not use the device outdoors.
The device is suitable for domestic use only. Do not use the device for commercial purposes.
Do not use the device in locations with high humidity, such as bathrooms and swimming pools.
Do not use the device near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
Do not use a timer or a separate remote-control system that switches on the device automatically.
Do not cover the device.
Place the device on a stable, flat surface.
Keep the device away from flammable objects.

Electrical safety

To reduce risk of electric shock, this product should only be opened by an authorized technician when service is required.
Disconnect the product from the mains and other equipment if a problem should occur.
Do not use the device if the mains cable or mains plug is damaged or defective. If the mains cable or mains plug is damaged or defective, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised repair agent.
Before use, always check that the mains voltage is the same as the voltage on the rating plate of the device.
Do not move the device by pulling the mains cable. Make sure that the mains cable cannot become entangled.
Do not immerse the device, the mains cable or the mains plug in water or other liquids.
Do not leave the device unattended while the mains plug is connected to the mains supply.
Do not use an extension cable.

Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning or maintenance, always switch off the device, remove the mains plug from the wall socket and wait until the device has cooled down.
Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
Do not clean the inside of the device.
Do not attempt to repair the device. If the device does not operate correctly, replace it with a new device.
Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids. Clean the outside of the device using a soft, damp cloth. Thoroughly dry the device with a clean, dry cloth.
Clean the ventilation openings using a soft brush.
