Troubleshooting
Problem
The charging
indicator on the
charging pad
lights up red.
2 Undo the screws in the bottom of the housing
with a screwdriver and remove the cap.
3 Undo the screws in the body and remove the
body by pushing on the shaving head
connector.
4 Remove the rechargeable battery.

Metal objects are
placed on the pad
during charging
(e.g. paper clip,
coins, etc)
Shaver/pad charge
malfunction (e.g.
either pad or
shaver not working
properly)
Solution
Use the original Philips
7.5W supply unit.
Remove any metal objects
from the pad.
If the first and second
solution do not solve the
issue, return the appliance
to Customer Care Centre in
your country.
