DTV Mode (Digital TV)
8. To tune to a channel with multicast broadcasting directly:
• Input the channel number with the numeric keypad and
then press
• Input the multicast number with the numeric keypad
and then press
For your reference:
Digital TV technology allows broadcasters the ability to pro-
vide multiple, simultaneous programming over one channel.
This is called "multicasting". Many broadcasters are offering
these additional multicast channels. For example, if channel 4
in your area is multicasting, you can tune into these multicast
programming streams on channels 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3 in the
digital band.
