Important
• Please set up your tent prior to your first trip to ensure you
are familiar with set up and the tent is in proper condition.
• Always choose a site with good drainage. Inspect the site and
remove any sharp or protruding objects that could damage
SET UP
1. Unroll your tent and separate the tent from the fly. Assemble
the frame poles being sure all connections are complete.
2. Spread out the tent in desired site location. Stake corner fac-
ing into wind in windy conditions.
3. Locate the pole sleeves found on the top of the tent. Slide
poles through sleeves so they form an X pattern on the still
flat tent. In one corner insert the corner pin into the base of
the pole. Move to the other end of the same pole, diagonally
opposite, and insert the corner pin into this pole end. In this
process the pole will flex into a hoop shape. Be careful dur-
ing this process to not over stress the pole. You can relieve
excess pressure by grabbing the pole sleeve end and pull to
center the sleeves over the mid section of the hoop.
4. Repeat step 3 with the second long frame pole.
5. Attach remaining clips to frame at the peak.
6. Tent can now be staked in location.
7. Spread the fly sheet over the tent positioning the vestibule
over the tent door that has yellow webbing in one corner as
this is the front.
8. Feed the vestibule pole through the vestibule pole sleeve al-
ways pushing, never pulling.
9. Take one end of the vestibule pole and insert a pin into the
pole end. The pin will be located on the corner ring of the
tent.
10. Repeat step 9 with the other end of the pole. During this
step the vestibule pole will flex into a hoop. Attach any re-
maining clips
TIPS
1. The suns UV rays can be harmful even with technical ad-
vances in fabrics. Prolonged exposure could result in fading
and possibly fabric disintegration. When choosing a site try
to pitch the tent in a shaded area. Do not leave a tent up
longer than necessary.
2. Fuels can damage tents as can DEET found in many insect
repellents.
