Key backlight

Select the delay time before the key backlight automatically turns off.

Font size

Adjust the font size for the screen. This setting does not affect all screens.

Notifications

You can enable or disable notifications on the Idle screen and the Lock screen. When you
choose On, new email, new message, missed call, and voicemail notifications will be shown
there.

Main clock

Select to turn on or off the clock display on the Idle screen.

Outer clock

Select a clock display on the outer screen with the phone closed.

Menu layout

Set your phone's main menu to Grid view or List view.

Programmable Keys

You can assign specific functions to certain of your phone's physical keys. To call up the
assigned function, simply press the key.
► From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
Settings > Programmable keys to open the Programmable keys screen.

1. From the Programmable keys screen, select PTT key, SOS key, External speaker key,
or Call list key.
2. Highlight an application/menu/function and press the Center soft key

Set Navigation key shortcuts

You can use the Navigation keys as shortcuts to access specific menu items directly from the
Idle screen. You can reassign the default shortcuts to the menu items you choose.
1. From the Programmable keys screen, select Navigation keys.
2. Highlight the Navigation key you wish to reassign and press the Center soft key
[Select].
