To call using Real Time Text:
1. Confirm if the RTT settings is set to Always visible.
2. Enter a phone number.
3. Press the Right soft key
4. When connected, type a message in the text field.
To answer an incoming call using Real Time Text:
► Select Answer with RTT to answer an incoming call in RTT mode.
Hearing aid – telecoil mode
Hearing aid mode was designed for hearing aids that have a telecoil. To use the telecoil function
in your phone, you will need to set the Hearing aid mode to On.
1. From the Accessibility screen, select Hearing aid.
2. Highlight On or Off, and then press the Center soft key
Note: You may need to enable the telecoil in your hearing aid. See your hearing aid
manufacturer's instructions.

Sound Settings

The Sound settings menu lets you control your phone's sounds.
► From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
Settings > Sound settings to open the Sound settings screen.

Volume

Adjust your phone's volume settings to suit your needs and your environment.
1. From the Sound settings screen, select Volume.
2. Select Master volume, In-call volume, Alarm volume, or Media volume.
3. Select a volume level by pressing the Navigation key up or down.
4. Press the Center soft key
Tip: You can adjust the Master volume when you are not on a call or adjust the In-call volume
during a call by using the Volume keys
[Options] > Call with RTT.
[Set] to save the setting.
