Troubleshooting for Common Issues
Refer to the following guidelines to troubleshoot any performance issues. If you require

Issues
Cannot install/log in to web client.
Power supply is unstable.
Camera webpage has abnormal
display.
The audio will not stop automatically
when switching from live page to
settings page.

Solutions
•
Ensure that your browser's security settings
allow ActiveX controls.
•
Ensure that you have a valid network setup
and that you are using the correct login
username and password.
•
Use of a UPS power supply is strongly
recommended.
•
Clear the cache of browser.
•
Prefer 75% zoom in IE for low resolution
(< 1366*768) display.
•
Manually turn off the audio on live page.
