Voltage of the optional battery has declined. Replace
the battery. If no battery is used, disable battery error
alarm in the CPU configuration.
It is alarmed that voltage of the built-in gold capacitor of
the CPU unit has declined. Charge the CPU unit.
Acquisition of time data has failed during time synch via
LAN port.
An error has been detected in logging data settings.
