The DM5500 contains two drive bays, with each drive bay containing 12 slots for a total of 24 slots. There are two drive
configurations available for the DM5500:
● 24 TB - DM5500 populated with 14 drives up to a maximum of 24 TB useable capacity
● 96 TB - DM5500 populated with 24 drives up to a maximum of 96 TB useable capacity
