The use of a manual transfer switch will null and
void the warranty for this unit.

Operation
OPERATING UNIT WITH AUTOMATIC
TRANSFER SWITCH
If the generator has been installed with an automatic
transfer switch, such as an RTS, HTS, or GTS-type
transfer switch, the engine may be started and
stopped automatically or manually.
Refer to the applicable manual for your trans-
fer switch and to "Transfer Switch Start Signal
Connections". In addition, please note the dangers
under "Engine Start-up and Transfer."
