Gently remove the paper.
Note: If you opened the side door, push it back toward the printer,

Make sure you have loaded the paper correctly. For help, see page 4.

Press the power button to turn the printer on.

Resend your document to print.

Solid lights

Paper out
If the paper out light is on, your printer may be out of paper.

Pull the paper tray completely out.

Load the paper.

Push the paper tray completely back in.
Ink low
If the top (color) ink light is on, your color print cartridge may be low on ink. If
the bottom (black) ink light is on, your black print cartridge may be low on ink.
You can continue using the cartridge that is low on ink until it is empty or until
print quality is no longer satisfactory. Then, replace it with a new cartridge.
