Click the OK button to start printing.
Print as file
The print-preview area can be saved as an EMF (Enhanced Meta File) file. EMF files can
be opened using Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Click the print-as-file button or select the print-as-file option from the file menu (p. 46). The
print-preview window will open. Change the settings as described in the previous page.
When settings are complete, click the save button instead of print button. In the save-as
window (p. 45), specify the location to save the file and enter the file name. Click the save
button to complete the operation.
