Operation
Operating the Snowthrower
Important:
Raise the snowthrower when
transporting it.
1.
Start the machine.
2.
Push the top of the high flow engage switch to
spin the blades in the forward position.

Note:
The blades should spin counterclockwise
when viewed from the left side from the
operating position. If the blades spin in the
wrong direction, switch the couplers on the
hydraulic hoses connected to the high flow
hydraulic ports.
Note:
To assist in removing a clog, push the
bottom of the high flow engage switch to spin
the blades in reverse.
Removing the Attachment
1.
Stop machine on a level surface.
2.
Lower the attachment until the edge is 1-2
inches from the ground.
3.
Shut off the engine, wait for all moving parts to
stop, engage the parking brake, and remove
the key.
Note:
If you are removing the attachment for
storage, allow the machine to warm to the indoor
temperature before shutting off the engine.
4.
Disconnect the hydraulics.
5.
Pull the coupler pins and turn it 90° until the
attachment is disconnected from the machine.

6.
Start machine, lower attachment coupler, and
slowly back away from the attachment.
7.
Arrange the hydraulic hoses and disconnects so
that they are not resting on the ground.
Note:
Wrap the hoses together and stick them
down the chute for storage.
