General Information

Warning Lights

Note:
When the ignition is switched on,
the instrument warning lights will
illuminate for 1.5 seconds and will
then go off (except those which
remain on until the engine starts,
as described in the following pages).

Turn Signals

When the turn signal switch is
turned to left or right, the turn signal
warning light will flash on and off at the
same speed as the turn signals.

Neutral

The
neutral
indicates when the transmission is in
neutral (no gear selected). The warning
light
will
illuminate
transmission is in neutral with the
ignition switch in the ON position.

High Beam

When the ignition is switched ON
and the headlight dimmer switch is set
to 'high beam', the high beam warning
light will illuminate.

Low Fuel Light

The
low
illuminate when there are approximately
4.0 liters of fuel remaining in the tank.
Cruise Control Light (All
Models Except Tiger XR and
Tiger XC)
The cruise control can only be
activated
when
traveling at a speed between 32 to 160
km/h (20 to 100 mph) and is in 3
or higher. When activated, the cruise
control light in the tachometer will be
illuminated (see page 55).
