System must be connected to a live network.
The RA600 license file requires an active network communication. If the network is not available,
you must disable MediaSense before installation. A registry key setting has been provided for
disabling MediaSense. It is in c:\Service\DisableDHCPMediaSense.reg
Double click on that file to disable MediaSense.
Section 3: Procedure
3-1 Power Up Workstation
1. Connect and power on the workstation system in the following order:
a. VGA monitor (if system is a A, A+, B or B+)
b. System Monitor(s)
c. Computer
Note:
The workstation has been configured with default information during the manufacturing
process. The workstation will need to be configured for site specifics.
2. After reboot is complete, when the Windows 2000 Welcome window appears, click Next.
3. Click Yes to the license agreement window.
4. Select regional settings on the next window and click Next.
5. On the following window, enter the owner and organization name and click Next.
6. In the following window, enter product key from the Recovery (Ghost image) CD cover and click
Next.
