Problem
Refrigerator too warm
Refrigerator has odor
Moisture forms on
outside of refrigerator
Moisture collects inside
(in humid weather,
air carries moisture
into refrigerator when
door is opened)
Refrigerator too cold
Possible Causes
Temperature control
not set cold enough.
Warm weather or
frequent door openings.
Door left open.
Cabinet sides are warm
(applies only to 2, 3 and
4 Cubic Foot Models).
Red defrost button was
pushed accidentally
(on push button models).
Foods transmitting odor
to refrigerator.
Interior needs cleaning.
Defrost water pan
needs cleaning.
Not unusual during
periods of high humidity.
Too frequent or too long
door openings.
Temperature control
set too cold.
