My phone seems frozen
and doesn't respond
There is no sound when I
play music on my phone
or watch videos on
YouTube
Why can't my computer
detect my phone when I
connect them?
My friend's phone can't
detect my phone via
Bluetooth
If your phone is frozen and doesn't respond,
try to restart your phone.
Press and hold the Power Key and tap
Restart.
If the problem remains, contact authorized
repair or customer service for help.
Check the volume of your phone. Use the
Volume Up/Down Key on the side of your
phone to check.
If your phone is not in mute but you hear no
sound when playing music or streamed video
on YouTube, then restart your phone.
Press and hold the Power Key and tap
Restart.
There are some possible causes with their
respective ways to solve.
The USB port on your computer might not be
working.
Try another USB port. If the problem
remains, you have to restart your
computer.
The USB cable is non-functional.
Use another USB cable.
Your computer might need a USB driver.
Check the list of your computer
programs to see if USB driver is
installed.
Double check if
Your Windows computer supports MTP
mode.
Your Mac computer supports transfer
with Android devices.
Follow the steps below.
1. Check if your Bluetooth is on.
Swipe down twice from the top of your
phone screen to show the Bluetooth
icon and see if it is on.
2. Make sure your friend's phone is close to
your phone.
3. There could be many other Bluetooth-
enabled devices nearby, and it may cause
delays for your friend's phone to detect your
phone via Bluetooth.
