1. I can still hear outside noises when ANR is activated.
• This is normal. In fact, no ANR headset in the market can
completely delete the noises. It only reduces a certain
amount of noises. This headset is capable of -15dB noise
reduction.
• Be sure that a "AAA" battery is installed to use the Active
Noise Reduction feature.
2. There is no sound.
• Ensure that the JH-E1100 earphones are connected to
your music device and that the volume is turned up on the
device itself as well as the earphone control.
