IR Board
1. Remove screw and lift the IR Board from the front cover.
2. Unplug the connectors.
When defective, replace the whole unit.

LCD Panel
1. Remove the PSU and SSB as described earlier.
2. Unplug all the connectors.
3. Remove the fixation screws from the clips that secure the
panel to the front.
4. The LCD panel can now be lifted from the front cabinet.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
4.4
Set Re-assembly
To re-assemble the whole set, execute all processes in reverse
order.
Notes:
•
While re-assembling, make sure that all cables are placed
and connected in their original position. See
Figure 4-2
and
Figure 4-3
•
Pay special attention not to damage the EMC foams on the
SSB shields. Ensure that EMC foams are mounted
correctly.
