Sirloin
Cut along the bone from the backbone down the rib.
Carve thin slices vertically down towards the bone.
Turn the joint over and do the same to the other side.
Chicken
Pull off the leg, wing and thigh.
Holding the knife at an angle, slice downwards from the breastbone.
Turn the chicken and do the same to the other side.
Ham
With the ham on its side, make a horizontal cut, splitting it from the outside to the
bone.
Holding the knife at an angle, slice towards the bone.
Turn the leg over and do the same to the other side.
STORING THE APPLIANCE
Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and clean all the parts as instructed above.
Ensure that all parts are dry before storing.
Store the appliance in its box or in a clean, dry place.
Never store the appliance while it is still wet or dirty.
Never wrap the power cord around the appliance.
