Clear a space on your worktop or table so that the knife cannot hit anything, and the
cable cannot catch on anything while you are using it.
Put the cutting board on the worktop and have a carving fork within easy reach.
Remove all packaging from the food. Do not use the knife to cut the packaging as you
may damage the blades.
Position the food on the cutting board.

FITTING THE BLADES

 Hold the blades by the finger grips as illustratedbelow
 Insert the free ends of the blades into the slots on the front of the body and push
gently until they click into place.
 Lay the knife down on or near the cutting board.
 Plug the power cable into the power socket. Switch the power socket on.
 Position the meat you're cutting in the center of the cutting board.
 Use a carving fork to steady the meat in place before cutting.
CUTTING
 Hold the knife by the handle as illustratedbelow.
 Press the operating switch to set the blades in motion. The switch is spring-loaded
- the knife will operate only while you hold the switch down.
 Cut away from your body.
 Use a carving fork in the other hand to steady the meat that is being cut
 Do not try to reposition the meat without putting the knife down first.
 If the meat needs repositioning, release the switch, set the knife down, move the
meat, steady it with the carving fork – then pick the knife up again.
 When you finish, or if you need to stop cutting to do something else, release the
switch, set the knife down, and unplug it.
 Do not use the knife for more than 5 minutes in any single session otherwise the
motor can overheat.
