Disabling the Off Switch

You can disable powering off using the On/Off switch by changing the setting of SW1-1, located
on the underside of the IPC's front panel. This prevents unplanned shutdowns caused by
accidentally pressing the On/Off switch.
The disabled setting affects only the ability to power down the unit. You can still use the On/Off
switch to power on the unit.
You will need the following:
1. Turn off or remove the power supplying the IPC.
2. Loosen the four captive screws on the IPC's front panel and remove the front panel.
3. Move the SW1-1 switch from the default (Off) position to the On position.
4. Replace the front panel on the IPC and hand-tighten the four captive screws to secure it.
