NOTICE!
Risk of short circuit!
Water or other liquids that have penetrated the housing may cause
a short circuit.
− Never immerse the sewing machine in water or other liquids.
− Make sure that no water or other liquids get into the housing.
Possible cause
The upper thread tension is too
high.
The thread guidance is incorrect.
The incorrect needle is used.
The needle size/denier/fabric com-
bination is incorrect.
The needle size/denier/fabric com-
bination is incorrect.
An unsuitable or defective needle
is used.
The thread is snagged.
The needle was inserted
incorrectly.
An inferior needle has been used.
The needle size/denier/fabric com-
bination is incorrect.
The fabric is pulled too tight.
Solution
Relax the upper thread
tension.
Re-thread the threads.
Change the needle.
Change the needle and/or
the thread.
