PROBLEM
ICE MAKER EQUIPPED MODELS ONLY
Water is leaking out the back of the
unit.
Ice cubes sticking together
No ice
Not enough ice
Water leaks into ice bucket.
Refrigerator too cold

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Water supply connection leaking
Infrequent use of cubes
Bin arm locked in upright position
No water to unit
Ice cube size too large
Dirty condenser coils
Water level set too high
Ice bucket not fully inserted
Freezer door not closed correctly

REMEDY
Tighten fitting as required.
Break apart cubes.
Lower bin arm.
Turn on water or contact plumber.
Set cube size smaller (See MAINTENANCE; ICE MAKER;
ICE CUBE THICKNESS ADJUSTMENT).
Clean condenser (See MAINTENANCE; CONDENSER
CLEANING).
Set cube size smaller (See MAINTENANCE; ICE MAKER;
ICE CUBE THICKNESS ADJUSTMENT).
Push ice bucket into place.
Be sure freezer door is closed correctly.
