How do i connect my headset with a polycom ip 320, ip 321, ip 330, ip 331, ip 335, ip 430, ip 450, ip 550, ip 560, ip 650, ip 670 or vvx series so i can answer and end calls electronically (9 pages)

On some Polycom phones you will be required to enable headset mode. To do this follow these steps. Menu > Settings > Basic > Preferences > Headset > Analog Headset or hookswitch mode - then choose Jabra. You will also need to program your headset for DHSG mode. Please see below instructions - make sure you are following the correct instructions for your model of headset.

1. Ensure there are no active calls. 2. Remove the front panel of the Jabra PRO 9450 base. 3. Center-press (push it directly in rather than side to side) the microphone volume switch on the base to enter setup mode.

If you are using an E ngage 75 please use these instructions: The easiest way to change settings on the Engage 75 headset is via the Jabra direct software. This is free to download from h ttps://www.jabra.com.au/software-and-services/jabra-direct Once this has been downloaded and your headset is plugged into the PC you will be able to go directly into the headset settings and select the EHS/Hook lifter type.
