Operation
Activating TempControl
 Place a pan on the cooking zone and
add frying fat/oil if necessary.
 Touch the sensor control for the
frying level you want to use ( ,,
).
The sensor control for the frying level
selected will start to pulsate.
Once the pre-set temperature for the
frying level selected has been reached:
- A signal sounds.
- The sensor control lights up
constantly.
- The simmer setting sensor control 
lights up.
 Place the food in the frying pan.
Simmer setting
If you want to cook on low heat
following the frying process, select the
simmer setting.
 Touch the simmer setting sensor
control  and add at least 250 ml of
liquid.
