Introduction
The DCE200 cordless press tool uses an electric motor to
power a hydraulic piston pump. The pumping action forces
a ram forward that forces closed a jaw set or attachment. The
attachment mechanically presses fittings onto various types
of tubing to create a tight and permanent seal.
Trigger Switch (Fig. A)
1. Squeezing the trigger switch 
ram, while fully releasing the trigger switch stops the
advance of the hydraulic ram.
Reverse Trigger Switch (Fig. A)
1. Squeezing the reverse trigger switch 
hydraulic ram which releases the pressing action.
Shoulder Strap (Fig. A)

WARNING: The shoulder strap and ring are intended
for transporting the tool. They are not intended for
tethering or securing the tool to a person or object
during use. Inspect shoulder strap and attachment
points on tool for wear or damage.

WARNING: Do not transport the tool with the
main power ON. Switch the main power OFF prior
to transporting.
Your press tool comes with a shoulder strap.

LED Worklight (Fig. A)
The LED worklight 
is located on the foot of the tool.

1. The worklight is activated when the trigger switch is
depressed. It will remain on for 2 minutes.
2. After 1 minute, 40 seconds, the light will dim to 25%
indicating that the light is going to turn off.
LED Display (Fig. D)
The LED display on the top of the press tool includes the
power ON/OFF button

Assembling Press or Actuator Jaw (Fig. E, F)

CAUTION: The jaw 
is moved while the jaw is aimed downward.
1. Remove the battery pack.
2. Hold the press jaw

lock/release slide

back. The jaw retention pin 
automatically spring open, releasing the jaw.
3. Remove the press or actuator jaw or other attachment.
4. Replace with a new or different sized press or actuator
jaw or other attachment as shown in Fig. E, F.
5. Push the jaw retention pin 
closed position.
NOTICE: To avoid damage to the tool, do not
operate the tool without the jaw retention pin
fully inserted. Damage to the tool may occur.

OPERATION


WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, turn unit off and remove the battery pack
before making any adjustments or removing/
installing attachments or accessories. An
accidental start‑up can cause injury.

WARNING: CUT OR AMPUTATION HAZARD.
Never have any part of your body near the press jaw or
moving parts during the press cycle, or whenever the
main power is ON. Serious personal injury may occur.

WARNING: Proper material preparation
and installation is the responsibility of the
installing contractor.

WARNING: The press fittings must be used in
compliance with applicable building codes and as
approved by the authorities having jurisdiction.
For proper installation procedures and to reduce the risk
of failure resulting in injury or property damage, follow
all published safety and installation instructions.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, always
remove the press jaw or attachment for transport
or storage.
Installing and Removing the Battery Pack
(Fig. G)

WARNING: Ensure the tool/appliance is in the off
position before inserting the battery pack.
nOTE: For best results, make sure your battery pack is
fully charged.
