Using the Phone Book Web Page
• Click Phone Book in the navigation pane.
• To view the entries by alphabetic sequence, click one of the letter combinations. For example to
view entries beginning with the letter "D," click DEF.
• To view the entries by phone number, click Dial Numbers only.
• To place a call, select an entry and click Dial.
Adding an Entry
Click the Add button.
Step 1
Enter the phone number, last name and first name, and company name.
Step 2
The phone number and last name are required entries.
Click Add New Entry.
Step 3
Repeat these steps to add other entries to the phone book.
Deleting an Entry
Select an entry.
Step 1
Step 2 Click the Delete button.
Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button again.
Step 3
Editing an Entry
Select an entry.
Step 1
Click the Edit button.
Step 2
Make changes to the entry.
Click the Update button to save your changes.
