TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
1.Unit does not
start when pressing
on/off button
2. Unit is not
adequately cooling
the room
3. The unit is noisy
4. E0 Code

Possible Cause
- Water tank is full (check for
blinking water full indicator
light).
- Room temperature is
higher than set temperature
(while in heating mode)
- Room temperature is lower
than set temperature (while
in cooling mode).
- Doors or windows are
open.
- There are heat sources
inside the room.
- Exhaust hose has become
disconnected or blocked.
- Temperature setting is too
high.
- Air inlet is blocked.
- The ground is uneven or
not sufficiently level.
- (If the sound is like that of
flowing water) Sound is
coming from the flowing
refrigerant inside the air
conditioner.
Room temperature sensor
failed
Condenser temperature
sensor failed
Water tank full when
cooling
Evaporator temperature
sensor failed
Water tank full when
heating
Solution
Empty the water tank.
Reset the temperature.
Reset the temperature.
Make sure all windows
and doors are closed.
Remove the heat sources
if possible.
Reconnect or clean the
exhaust hose.
Reset the temperature.
Clean the air inlet.
Place the unit on flat,
level ground.
This is normal.
Replace room
temperature sensor
(note: unit will still work
without replacement).
Replace condenser
temperature sensor.
Empty the water tank.
Replace evaporator
temperature sensor.
Empty the water tank.
