1. Enter serviceman mode and select FMT (INDEX).
2. While checking the red light screen, adjust the value using remote
controller up/down key so that color mixture disappears. When the
value is made too low, green color is getting mixed on left halt of
the screen. When the value is madetoo high, blue color is getting
mixed on the entire screen in vertical blue stripes. Adjust to
produce the screen in single red color without blue or green
mixture.
3. When there are two or more points available with no color mixture,
take their mean value as setting.
4. Exit service mode.
5. Confirm that the screen is in normal condition.
9.9. White balance adjustment
1. Receive all-white signal.
Signal format: 1080i or 720P

[Video flutter check]
Purpose: To check the presence of lamp flutter
Following measurement shall be taken only when the presence of
video flutter has been confirmed.
When the luminance change exceeding 3% occurred more than 3
times within 60 seconds at center of the screen, the lamp shall be
regarded as defective and be replaced.
2. Go into the white balance adjustment screen in the "Service-
Adjust" mode.

3. Measure the chromaticity (x, y) with colorimeter.
4. As to the chromaticity coordinates (x, y) measured:
When y> -3.09278× + 1.217835
keep reducing the WB R value with a decrement of 1.
On reaching y -3.09278× +1.217835
