This instruction manual explains the basic instructions for operating this unit. Unless otherwise stated, all
operations described are based on remote control use.

General Operation

Standby / ON

When you first connect the unit to the mains socket, the unit will be in Standby mode.
During Standby mode, the POWER indicator of the subwoofer will be off. Press
on the unit or on the remote control to switch the unit on. The display will show
"WELCOME", and then the last used mode. The sound level will fix on level 15 after
every time the unit is switched on.
After the unit is idle for about 10 seconds, the display will show "--". Press any button

Automatic Power Off Function

The unit automatically turns to Standby mode after about 10 minutes if the TV or the
external unit is disconnected, switched off or the volume is too close to mute.
• To switch the unit off completely, remove the mains plug from the mains socket.
• Please turn the unit off completely to save energy when not in use.

Selecting Modes

Press SOURCE on the unit or remote control repeatedly to select between AUX 1, AUX 2,
BT (Bluetooth®), OPTICAL and COAXIAL modes.
Alternatively,
• press AUX 1/AUX2 on the remote control repeatedly to select AUX 1/AUX 2 mode.
• press OPT on the remote control repeatedly to select OPTICAL mode.
• press COAX on the remote control repeatedly to select COAXIAL mode.
