Troubleshooting

The Troubleshooting section below will help you solve common issues with your
LCD TV. If you don't find the answers you need here, you can contact our

Symptoms
No power.
Power LED off.
No display.
No sound.
Sound not loud enough.
Poor picture quality.
No TV signal.
Image shakes.
Image too bright or dark.
Poor color or black and white
image.
Red Power LED
Bright or dark dot on the
screen.
Solutions
Make sure power cord and adapter are securely
connected.
Make sure all cables are securely connected.
Adjust the volume with the VOL+/- buttons.
Make sure antenna cable is securely connected.
Also, check the condition of your outdoor antenna.
Make sure the channel "source" is set correctly in
the Setup menu (antenna vs. cable).
Use the "autoset" feature to search for channels
automatically.
Make sure all cables are securely connected.
Adjust the "brightness" or "contrast" settings
in the Setup menu.
Adjust the "color" setting in the Setup menu.
The TV is in Power Save Mode. Press POWER
on the remote control to turn the TV on.
There may be a few bright or dark pixels on the
display panel.
This is normal and will not effect the product's
performance.
