5 Manner mode setting
The setting condition of the manner mode is displayed.
Touch it to disable the manner mode.
6 Customize
Set [Priority only allows] in MORE SETTINGS.
Touch it to set the selecting manner mode.
7 Done
Set the manner mode.
: Set the manner mode to change the display of function
button. Touch it to disable the manner mode.
The following sounds are not silenced even when the manner
mode is set.
Shutter sound of shooting still pictures
Focus locking sound of shooting still pictures
Record start/end sound of shooting videos
When Answering memo setting is set to [Mannermode] and the
manner mode is set, the answering memo is enabled and
operated according to its setting.
The manner mode is disabled if you turn the ringtone volume up
while Standard manner is set. The Standard manner is set if
you set the ringtone volume to "0" when the manner mode is not
set.
Press 1/2 and display the volume bar, and then press
2 to set Total silence while Standard manner is set.
Press 1/2 and display the volume bar, and then press
1 to set Standard manner while Total silence or Alarms only
is set.
Recent Apps
You can activate apps by displaying the history of recently
used apps. Also, you can use apps such as Copy Anywhere
and KAKU Notepad, ShrinkScreen mode, Magnifier.

Use a history item
1 App usage history item
Touch it to activate the app.
Flick it to the left/right to delete the history item.
2 Screen pinning
This is displayed in the latest history item when [Screen
pinning] is set to On. For details on Screen pinning
>P. 69 "Lock & security"
Touch it to restrict the use of apps other than selected
app.
･ To disable Screen pinning: Touch and hold [A] + [C]
3 Delete history item
Touch it to delete app usage history item.
4 Clear all
Touch it to delete all app usage history items.
5 Tools
You can use the following functions.
Copy Anywhere: Copy characters on a screen being
displayed.
KAKU Notepad: Write note on a screen being
displayed by handwrite and save it as an image.
Childlock: Set Childlock to disable operations available
by touching or the navigation keys. Childlock is
canceled when you press 0 or the display is turned
off.
6 ShrinkScreen
Touch it to shrink the screen and allow you to operate the
handset with one hand easily.
Touch [
] while the screen is shrunk to move the shrunk
screen or change the size.
[C]/[Fullscreen] to return the screen to the original
size.
7 Magnifier
Touch it to magnify part of the screen. Operate the
handset with it activating and drag the magnification area
to the point to magnify.
Touch the magnification area or repeat the same
operation as that done when activating it to end it.
Although you can select an item etc. in the magnification
area, Magnifier ends if you select it.
Some apps may not be displayed in the history.
If you delete the history item of the running app, you can end
the app.
ShrinkScreen
You may not be able to shrink the screen depending on the
screen being displayed.
The ShrinkScreen mode is disabled if you switch to horizontal
display or the display is turned off while the ShrinkScreen mode
is set.
Magnifier
Magnifier may not be used in some apps.
Home applications
Switch lock screens or home apps to use.
The following home apps are registered on the handset by
default.
docomo LIVE UX
A home app optimized for smartphones provided by
DOCOMO.
Feel Home(Simple)
A simple home app that icons and characters are displayed in
large.
･ Touch and hold the home screen/[Home settings] and
change layout setting to arrange shortcuts and widgets on
the Desktop Sheet.
Google Now Launcher
You can check Google Now in the home screen when you use
Google Now. Also, you can use voice search just by saying
"Ok Google" while the home screen is displayed.
