Section 3 - Configuration
There are several configuration tools you can use to set up your DAP-1620.
• WPS PBC - To easily extend an existing wireless network refer to "WPS-PBC Configuration" on page 13 for setup
instructions.
• D-Link Wi-Fi App - Use your Android device, iPhone or iPad to configure your extender. Refer to "D-Link Wi-Fi App" on
page 14 for setup instructions.
• Web-based Wireless Setup Wizard - This wizard will launch when you log into the extender's web configuration utility
for the first time. Refer to "Wireless Setup Wizard" on page 16 for setup instructions.
• Web-based Wired Setup Wizard - This wizard will launch when you log into the extender's web configuration utility for
the first time whilst connected to your router using an ethernet cable. Refer to "Wired Setup Wizard" on page 23 for
setup instructions.
