Install Vent System Attach short hose and “Y” connector Install exhaust hood 12" min. (305 mm) 12" min. (305 mm) Attach 2 ft (0.6 m) inlet hose to cold water faucet. Screw on coupling by hand until it is seated on faucet. Then attach “Y” Install exhaust hood and use caulking compound to seal exterior wall opening around exhaust hood. -

CONNECT VENT Attach long hose to dryer fill valve and tighten coupling Connect vent to exhaust outlet Using a 4" (102 mm) clamp, connect vent to exhaust outlet in dryer. If connecting to existing vent, make sure vent is clean. Dryer vent must fit over dryer exhaust outlet and inside exhaust hood. -
